The most appreciable fact about Navia is the team- Truly a family, most friendly and going beyond just the normal 9 to 5 office hours( to the extent that I had to ask them to respond to me the next working day rather than jump to resolving my issue at 11PM at night). One of the best I just love it. Only one part still need to improve when I open after few mins it takes little time (~30 sec to load the current data).
