Navia earns revenue through interest on Margin Trade Funding (MTF), interest on client float, dedicated relationship-manager (RM) services, and technology and API partnerships — rather than from brokerage on self-directed trades. This lets Navia offer lifetime zero brokerage to self-directed clients; clients who opt for dedicated RM services pay applicable brokerage fees. Statutory charges such as STT, exchange transaction charges, SEBI turnover fees, GST and stamp duty still apply, as they do with every broker.

KRA-compliant accounts are typically activated within 24 hours (48–72 hours otherwise). There are no account-opening charges and no AMC.

No. Navia charges zero brokerage with no AMC, no account-opening fee and no subscription charges. You only pay (a) government & statutory charges — STT/CTT, exchange transaction charges, SEBI turnover fees, GST (18%) and stamp duty — which apply across all brokers; and (b) a few operational charges, namely a ₹30 DP charge per scrip when you sell from demat, and clearing charges on derivatives trades (cleared through our clearing partner, Orbis Financial Services).
