Incorporated in July 1999, Sati Poly Plast Limited manufactures multifunctional flexible packaging materials catering to various industries. The company operates two manufacturing units in Noida: Plant 1 in Gautam Budh Nagar and Plant 2 in Udhyog Kendra, each with a production capacity of 540 tons per month. From 2018 to 2019, the company increased its installed capacity from 250 to 500 tons per month.

Sati Poly Plast supplies its packaging materials to numerous states, including Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Odisha, Puducherry, Punjab, and Rajasthan.
