Godavari Biorefineries Limited, established in 1956, is a leading manufacturer of ethanol-based chemicals in India. By June 30, 2024, the company operated a 570 KLPD biorefinery and became the largest global producer of MPO. It is also the sole Indian producer of bio ethyl acetate and offers a diverse portfolio of bio-based chemicals, sugar, and ethanol for various industries.
