The company has demonstrated rapid financial growth, with its revenue increasing from Rs.211.33 crore in FY24 to Rs.242.46 crore in FY25, while profit after tax (PAT) jumped from Rs.2.89 crore to Rs.7.78 crore in the same period. To support its expansion, Amba Auto Sales & Service is set to launch its Rs.65.12 crore SME IPO on April 27, 2026, with a price band of Rs.130 to Rs.135 per share. The proceeds are primarily earmarked for establishing and renovating showrooms (Rs.6.32 crore) and meeting substantial working capital requirements (Rs.43 crore) to scale its operations across the urban Bengaluru market.
