Temporary Delay in Share Credit & Settlement

Due to a temporary issue at the Clearing Corporation / NSDL, shares purchased on 03 February 2026 have been partially credited to client Demat accounts. The remaining shares are expected to be credited today. 

Additionally, for clients who purchased shares on 03 February 2026 and sold them on 04 February 2026, the sale positions are currently not reflected as closed. As a result: 

  • The ledger balance shown in the front end may appear lower to the extent of shares sold on 04 February.
  • These shares may still appear under Holdings on the trading platform. 
  • Selling these shares again may result in short delivery and auction obligations. 

We request clients to avoid re-selling such shares until settlement is fully updated. 

You may check details of unsettled trades and current share holdings through our BO reports or via our Navia WhatsApp Bot.
