On January 15, 2026 (Thursday), the Equity and Equity Derivatives (F&O) markets will remain closed on account of Municipal Corporation Elections in Maharashtra, as observed by the exchanges NSE & BSE.

Commodity markets will remain closed for the first half, and trading will be open only during the evening session (5:00 PM onwards).

As it is also a Settlement Holiday, your commodity account balance on January 15, 2026 (Thursday) will not reflect the following credits:

• Profits (Realized and Marked-to-Market) from Commodity Derivatives positions traded on January 14, 2026

• Credits arising from exiting option positions on January 14, 2026

Funds payout requests placed on January 14 and 15, 2026 will be processed on January 16, 2026 the next settlement working day.
