Some Navia APP clients experienced issues where their orders were either not executed or were not visible in the Order or Trade Book. We understand how critical seamless execution is for your trading decisions, and we deeply regret this disruption.
By 12.30 PM we got confirmation from BSE, BOW Team, our Back-end service provider, that the root of the issue lies in the Risk and Order Management System (RMS/OMS).
While our Web and Mobile Apps are built and managed by Navia, they depend on BSEs systems for order routing. We immediately escalated the matter to their technical team, who are actively working on resolution. We are glad that the issue has been finally resolved at 5.20 PM, and orders can be seamlessly placed by you online.
During the recent issue period, we had enabled an alternative mode for placing square-off orders offline. Clients were also provided with the "Raise a Ticket" option to request square-off orders.
Our team made best efforts to execute these orders through an alternate trading platform to ensure timely action. Additionally, our Support Team worked diligently to handle incoming calls. However, due to an unusually high call volume, some calls may have been missed. We sincerely apologize if your call was not attended to. We truly value your trust and regret any inconvenience caused.
However, you can view the live status of these trades by navigating to Accounts > Reports > Live Trades on your Trading App.
A formal confirmation will be available in your Contract Note, which will be sent shortly.
