Adjustment of Futures and Options Contracts of ITC Limited

Corporate Action: ITC Limitedwill be issuing 1 (one) equity share of ?1/- each of ITC HotelsLimited for every 10 (ten) equity shares of ?1/- each to theshareholders of ITC Limited.

Important Changes:

• Expiry Date Change for ExistingContracts:

  • All existing Futures and Optionscontracts with expiry dates of January 30, 2025, February27, 2025, and March 27, 2025, will expire on January03, 2025.

• Reintroduction of NewDerivatives Contracts:

  • New derivatives contracts on ITCwill be introduced again with expiry dates of January 30, 2025,February 27, 2025, and March 27, 2025 starting fromJanuary 06, 2025, which is the ex-date of the underlying.

• Strike Prices for OptionsContracts:

  • A list of option strikes withspecific strike prices will be made available for trading fromJanuary 06, 2025. This information will be shared withtrading members via a separate circular on January 03, 2025after-market hours.

Important Notes:

• Physical Settlement: TheITC contracts will undergo physical settlement. Refer ourpolicy on physical delivery

• Expiry Date on Market watch:The expiry date on the Market watch will continue to display theold expiry date. However, the contracts will only be available fortrading until the revised expiry date (i.e., January 03, 2025).

• Special Pre-Open Session(SPOS): A Special Pre-Open Session (SPOS)will be conducted for ITC Limited on both NSE and BSEfrom 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on January 06, 2025.
