These updates are a direct result of your valuable feedback, and we are excited to share how they will enhance your trading and investing experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-849dc05aa803707098841dcc88ac4f5c\" id=\"whats-new-in-the-navia-app\" style=\"color:#135276\"><strong>What\u2019s New in the Navia App?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-06a1a7bc5e39c3ba2d660958b9a5cad6\" id=\"hyperlink-for-add-scrip-icon\" style=\"color:#ec4d37\"><strong>Hyperlink for Add Scrip Icon:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve made it even easier to add your favorite stocks! Now, when you click on the <strong>&#8220;Add Scrip&#8221;<\/strong> icon, you\u2019ll be seamlessly directed to the Search Scrip page. This improvement streamlines your experience, allowing you to add stocks to your watchlist or portfolio in just a few taps.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ab7075141f03da4cce31c14b7a47cd20\" id=\"enhanced-e-kyc-flow-with-reverse-penny-drop-feature\" style=\"color:#ec4d37\"><strong>Enhanced eKYC Flow with Reverse Penny Drop Feature:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve made significant improvements to the eKYC process based on your feedback. We have introduced a <strong>reverse penny drop feature<\/strong> to simplify bank verification. This means that verifying your bank account is now faster and more straightforward. Additionally, we\u2019ve enhanced the overall onboarding flow for mobile users, making the process quicker and more efficient.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1034785ed2726a2ba649645e72f27f80\" id=\"order-tab-enhancements\" style=\"color:#ec4d37\"><strong>Order Tab Enhancements:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To give you better visibility into your trades, we\u2019ve updated the Order Tab. The display now shows <strong>&#8220;Remaining Qty\/Order Qty,&#8221;<\/strong> where Remaining Qty is calculated as Order Qty minus Pending Qty. This update makes it easier to track your orders and manage your trades in real-time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-29b3688bd31a203a0e789a45b7c32b7a\" id=\"new-in-app-chat-facility\" style=\"color:#ec4d37\"><strong>New In-App Chat Facility:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re excited to introduce our brand-new In-App Chat facility, available under the Accounts menu. This feature allows you to get your queries clarified 24\/7, right from within the app. Whether you have questions about your account, trades, or need assistance, our support team with live chat is just a tap away, anytime you need them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-14441614bf5e2e6228c90387fa98ffbd\" id=\"new-setting-options\" style=\"color:#ec4d37\"><strong>New Setting Options:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve added a highly requested feature, particularly for active traders, allowing users to disable the order confirmation screen before submitting an order. If you prefer a faster trading experience without the confirmation step, you can now easily disable this feature in the settings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7642c1d0a5061140ef5c9a479f499fde\" id=\"multi-select-orders-and-positions\" style=\"color:#ec4d37\"><strong>Multi-Select Orders and Positions:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To further enhance your trading efficiency, we\u2019ve introduced a new option in the Order and Position menus that allows you to multi-select orders or positions and cancel or square them off in one go. This feature simplifies bulk order management, saving you time and effort.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6c9e517e3cb521842ead8b8f543a7f87\" id=\"view-ledger-reports-easily\" style=\"color:#ec4d37\"><strong>View Ledger Reports Easily:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve made accessing your financial details more intuitive! Now, you can view your ledger reports simply by clicking on the opening balance under the funds menu in the accounts section. The ledger report is a comprehensive 3-level drill-down report that provides detailed insights into your trading activity, including settlement summaries and the individual details of every trade.
