It shows where buyers and sellers are&nbsp;relatively balanced.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A worker asked, \u201cBalanced?\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYes. When price stays in one area for long, it often means both buyers and sellers are comfortable there. That area is called&nbsp;<strong>Value Area<\/strong>.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInside this, there is one price where most trading happens. More time often&nbsp;indicates&nbsp;more agreement.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She wrote slowly on the floor:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Value Area = Range where ~70% of trading activity happens&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>POC = Price with highest activity&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNow listen carefully. This is where many people go wrong.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen&nbsp;price&nbsp;is inside the value area, the market is usually balanced. No strong move.
